With more than 25 years of HR experience, including over two decades in the biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries, Liz has held senior leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Baxter Healthcare, Baxalta, and Shire). She has successfully led multiple organizational change initiatives, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex transformations, develop and align strategic goals with operational execution, and drive positive cultural shifts within organizations. Whether she’s advising or coaching leaders, mentoring HR professionals, or designing practical strategies that move organizations forward, Liz brings a unique mix of clarity, candor, and compassion. She has an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed. Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Woodbury University and is a certified Executive Coach. Liz lives with her husband Rob in Southern California. Outside the office, she loves traveling and exploring new places, going camping, and creating lasting memories with her family and friends.

Angela is adept at navigating complex employee relations scenarios, supporting business continuity and critical event response, and facilitating broad-scale organizational transformation and restructuring. Embracing a people-first mentality, Angela is passionate about driving business results through creating and sustaining an exemplary place to work. Her experience includes Sr. Leadership roles at Baxter Healthcare, OptumRx, Medline Industries, Walgreens, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Angela’s strategic vision, passion for HR, and ability to build strong business partnerships have made her a trusted advisor and change agent within the organizations she has served. Angela holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from National-Louis University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Writing from Bethel College. She is a certified Executive Coach. Originally from the Midwest, Angela recently relocated to Phoenix and enjoys spending time in the beautiful Arizona outdoors. When she is not working, she loves attending spring training games with her teenage son (Go White Sox!), reading and writing and cooking new recipes for friends and family.

She has held pivotal organizational effectiveness roles at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, MFS Investment Management, and Korn Ferry, where she led cross-functional initiatives that fostered inclusive, high-performing environments. Whether uncovering the true root causes of performance friction or aligning leadership practices and HR programs to support meaningful change, Deborah brings a systems-level thinking lens, sharp analytical insight, and a collaborative energy that inspires and activates movement. She’s known for translating complexity into clarity and delivering change that endures. Her career includes leadership and generalist roles at organizations like Red Zone HR Consulting, Baxter BioScience, Renaissance Window Fashions, Your People Professionals (a PEO), and Adecco. She has a proven track record of delivering results in the areas of full-cycle talent acquisition, talent management, and retention. She excels at identifying the root causes of organizational challenges and offering solutions that deliver quick wins. Whether it's utilizing her exceptional listening abilities to guide others through their pain points or encouraging and developing individuals to step out of their comfort zones for professional growth, Karyn is passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB).
