Liz Schulz
Founder and Principal, Strategist, Mentor/Coach
Liz is an accomplished HR Business Leader with a passion for creating high-performing organizations and exceptional workplaces. Liz has a proven track record of providing effective strategic leadership and guidance in challenging business environments, consistently delivering desired outcomes and transformative results. Liz brings over 25 years of HR experience. Her career includes more than 20 years in the biopharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industries, where she held senior leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals (formerly Baxter Healthcare, Baxalta and Shire). She has successfully led multiple organizational change initiatives, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex transformations, develop and align strategic goals with operational execution, and drive positive cultural shifts within organizations. Liz is dedicated to serve others and help them succeed. She is a true advocate for the prioritization of people. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from U.C.L.A and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Woodbury University. Liz lives with her husband Rob in Southern California and loves traveling, camping and making memories with her family and friends.

Angela Schneider

Angela is adept at navigating complex employee relations scenarios, supporting business continuity and critical event response, and facilitating broad-scale organizational transformation and restructuring. Embracing a people-first mentality, Angela is passionate about driving business results through creating and sustaining an exemplary place to work. Her experience includes Sr. Leadership roles at Baxter Healthcare, OptumRx, Medline Industries, Walgreens, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Angela’s strategic vision, passion for HR, and ability to build strong business partnerships have made her a trusted advisor and change agent within the organizations she has served. Angela holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from National-Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Writing from Bethel College. Originally from the Midwest, Angela recently relocated to Phoenix and enjoys spending time in the beautiful Arizona outdoors. When she is not working, she loves attending spring training games with her teenage son (Go White Sox!), reading and writing and cooking new recipes for friends and family.

Karyn Vorhees

She collaborates and helps employers to optimize their workplaces by creating streamlined and efficient HR processes/systems that are people centered and make work-life easier. With over 13 years of HR experience, Karyn has worked in the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, and consumer products manufacturing industries. Her career includes leadership and generalist roles at organizations like Red Zone HR Consulting, Baxter BioScience, Renaissance Window Fashions, Your People Professionals (a PEO), and Adecco. She has a proven track record of delivering results in the areas of full-cycle talent acquisition, talent management, and retention. She excels at identifying the root causes of organizational challenges and offering solutions that deliver quick wins. Whether it's utilizing her exceptional listening abilities to guide others through their pain points or encouraging and developing individuals to step out of their comfort zones for professional growth, Karyn is passionate and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCSB. When Karyn is not working, you will find her hiking near her home in the Pacific Northwest, exploring a river or lake on her stand-up paddleboard, and spending time with her family at their McKenzie River cabin.
